Srinagar, Jan 28: ACT – FOR A BETTER TOMORROW performed two stage plays JHEEL BULA RAHI HAI in Urdu, written by Ali Mohammad Lone and PAGLA GHODA in Hindi, written by Badal Sarkar.

Both the plays were directed by Mushtaaque Ali Ahmad Khan, a statement issued to INS reads.

The plays were performed at the Open Air Theatre, in NGO’S Enclave, Chhatabal Military Garrison, Bemina Qamarwari Road, Srinagar.

The performances were watched by a good number of audience, mostly the youth.

The audience appreciated the the performances very much.
The artists, who performed in the the plays were Mushtaaque Ali & Zubair Farooq (in Jheel Bula Rahi hai) and Shahid Mushtaq, Rabiya Shafeeq, Mutayib Nabi, Barkat Ali & Aaqib Haleem (in Pagla Ghoda).

The group intends to repeat the performance of the play ‘Jheel Bula Rahi Hai’ at Jammu in the coming few weeks.
