Traffic violations: Special drive held in Kulgam town, Mir Bazar

Kulgam, Nov 18: A special drive was launched against the traffic violators especially against those without helmet and triple riding in Kulgam town and Mir Bazar.

The drive was led by SO Kulgam Town and his team and SO Mir Bazar and his Team under the supervision of Dysp Traffic Qazigund Kulgam.

Many bikes and scooties were seized and challaned on the occasion.

The authorities advised all the two-wheeler riders to wear helmets and avoid triple riding to save their previous lives.

Moreover, strict actions are being taken against underage riders.

Meanwhile, the parents and school authorities have been urged to advise students not to ride bikes and four wheelers without a proper driving licence.

This drive will continue to curb the traffic violations, the statement reads.
