Urfana Amin makes entire J&K proud, selected for National Teachers Award 2024

Srinagar, Aug 28: A teacher from BHSS Soura, Srinagar has made the entire nation proud for making it to the National Teachers Award 2024.

The award ceremony is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Teachers Day (September 5).

Urfana Amir, presently posted at BHSS, Soura here, is one among the 50 teachers, who will be receiving the award on September 05, 2024.

She has become one among the few teachers from Jammu and Kashmir, who have achieved the feat so far.

Urfana is known for her unique style of imparting education to the students, thereby figuring amongst the top 50 teachers across India to receive the National Teachers Award 2024 in the first week of September.

The school administration as well as her colleagues have commended Urfana for her selection.

The parents as well as the students also congratulated her for achieving the feat.
