Jammu, Jul 08: Two army soldiers were injured after a exchange of fire between militants security forces took place in Machhedi area of Kathua district on Monday.

Officials told GNS that an army party came under fire in Machadi area from militants which was retaliated triggering of a gunfight.

During firefight two army troopers recieved bullets wounds, who subsequently where shifted to nearby hospital for treatment. Where their condition is said to be stable.
