Srinagar, Apr 13: Inspector General of Police Vidhi Kumar Birdi extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the eve of Baisakhi.

In his message, the IGP said that he hopes and prays that this auspicious period would be the harbinger of harmony, brotherhood, amity, progress, and growth for all in Jammu and Kashmir.

On the occasion, IGP called upon the people to celebrate this joyous festival in unison with traditional fervour and gaiety to strengthen the secular and social fabric of our country.

“IGP Kashmir #greets the people of the valley on the #auspicious occasion of #Baisakhi. This occasion may bring harmony, brotherhood, peace, progress and growth for all,” Kashmir Zone Police wrote on X.
