SCERT postpones class 8th exams in hard zones

Srinagar, Mar 23: The authorities on Saturday postponed the examination of middle class in hard zones, which were scheduled to be held from tomorrow.

As per a notification issued in this regard, the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), said, “In view of the representations received from various quarters for postponement of Examination of MSE 2023-24 in the UT of J&K, it is notified for all the concerned that the Middle Standard Examinations scheduled to be held on 24th, 26th & 29th of March, 2024 in respect of soft zone and 26th & 29th of March, 2024 in respect of hard zone notified vide No: SCERT/C/Ass
Cel/2024/869-96 Dated: 02-03-2024 hereby stand postponed.”

The fresh dates for conduct of these papers of both Soft, zone and Hard Zone shall be notified in due course of time, the notification said.
