Srinagar: The state government on Tuesday appointed Nitish Kumar (IPS) as IGP Tech in the interest of administration.
Kumar was awaiting orders of posting in the Home Department and with his posting as IGP Tech, Sunil Kumar (IPS) IGP Telecom has been relieved of the additional charge.
