Non-local bank manager escapes unhurt in militant attack in Pattan

Srinagar, Oct 3: A non-local bank manager escaped unhurt after militants fired at him in Pattan area of north Kashmir on Monday, officials said.

They said that gunmen attacked the manager identified as Vivek Kumar son of Ashok Kumar of  Dehradun Uttarakhand at Goshbugh Pattan when he was parking his vehicle this morning. Kumar, who they said has been posted at Grameen Bank Goshbugh from August 2020, did not suffer any injury in the attack. They said police has registered a case and started investigation.
