Srinagar, Sept 7 : Eight JKAS officers were transferred in the interest of administration with immediate effect on Wednesday:

According to separate government orders, Sandesh Kumar Sharma (JKAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner Billawar, holding additional charge of Sub Registrar, Billawar, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.

Tilak Raj (JKAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basholi, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Basholi, has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Udhampur, against an available vacancy.

Ravi Mohan Khajuria (JKAS), Additional Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, District Udhampur, against an available vacancy.

Ajeet Singh (JKAS), Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bani-Basholi with headquarters at Basholi, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basholi. “He shall also hold the charge of the posts of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bani-Basholi and Sub-Registrar Basholi, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” reads the order.

Vinay Khosla (JKAS), Additional Secretary in the J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Billawar. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Billawar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, it added.

As per a separate Anshuman Singh (JKAS), Deputy District Election Officer, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counseling Centre, Udhampur, against an available vacancy.

Hakim Riyaz-ul-Haq (JKAS), Deputy Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Handicrafts, J&K against an available vacancy.

Rameshwar Kumar (JKAS), Deputy Secretary to the Government, GAD, has been transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Jammu.
