Militants Attack Police Vehicle In Allochibagh Srinagar, No Casualty Reported: Officials

Srinagar, Aug 3: Militants on Wednesday attacked a police vehicle in Allochibagh bund area of Srinagar on Wednesday evening. There was no casualty reported in this incident.

“In Allochibagh bund area of Srinagar, (militant) fired upon a vehicle bound small police party. This was effectively retaliated by the police party,” the police said in a tweet. “(Militants) took advantage of darkness & ran away towards built up area.” No injury or other damage took place, the police said. “CASO launched in area”.
