Gunfight Starts In Dadoora Pulwama

Srinagar, Oct 10: A gunfight broke out between militants and government forces in Dadoora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
Reports said that a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search-operation in the area amid inputs about the presence of the militants.
As the joint team encircled the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them. The fire was retaliated by the joint team, triggering off an encounter.
This is the second encounter in South Kashmir in less than 12 hours. Earlier two militants of Jash-e-Mohammad identified as Tariq Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Rahman Mir of Zangalpora Divsar Kulgam and a Pakistani national identified as Sameer Bhai alias Usman of Punjab Pakistan were killed in Kulgam.
