Covid-19 Tally Crosses 10000 Mark In J&K

Srinagar: The number of covid-19 cases in Jammu and Kashmir crossed 10000 mark as 268 news infections were reported on Saturday. The cases which include 15 army soldiers and ten paramilitary personnel take the overall all tally to 10156.
87 cases were reported from Jammu division and 181 from Kashmir including four pregnant Ladies, five employees of J&K Bank Employees Handwara and three policemen from Tangdar and Kralgund.
Giving district wise break-up of the cases, officials said that Srinagar reported 67, 37 each from Baramulla and Kupwara, Rajouri 29, Kulgam 23, Jammu 21, Kathua 20, six each from Anantnag and Samba, Pulwama 5, four each from Budgam and Reasi, three each from Udhampur and Poonch besides one each from Shopian, Ganderbal and Kishtwar.
Dr. G H Yatoo, Nodal Officer Coronavirus Control Measures at SKIMS Soura said that out of 1366 samples which were processed at the viral diagnostic laboratory of the hospital today, 64 returned positive for the virus.
Professor Farooq Jan, Medical Superintendent SKIMS Soura said that they include 23 from Srinagar, 12 from CRPF, 11 from Kulgam, seven from Anantnag, three each from Baramulla and Pulwama besides one each from Budgam, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Shopian and Kargil.
The 23 from Srinagar include male (38) from Bagat Barzulla, male (40) from Hawal, male (47) from Wazir Bagh, male (25) from Soura, male (53) from Malabagh, male (54) from Lalbazar , Male (36) from Jawahar Nagar, female (45) from Rajouri Kadal, Male (70) from Batsha Nagar, three Males (36, 30, 44) and female (65) from Bemina, Male (18) from Batamaloo, Male (53) and two female (45, 18) from Khanyar , two Male (45, 46) from Zakoora, female (50) from Habba Kadal, Male (77) from Hyderpora , Male (60) from Gulab Bagh and female (70) from Gojwara.
The cases from Anantnag include male (37) from Wadwan, Male (24) from Logripora, two females female (30, 25) from Sunbradi, Male (33) from Voi, female (45) from Vessu Qazigund, Male (27) from Arwani, Male (65) from Anantnag and male (52) from Moinabaad Anantnag while Kupwara ones include
Male (48) from Bramari and Male (50) from Kralpora and Budgam: male (29) from Awra and male (31) from Beerwah.
12 from CRPF include two male (58, 34) from 185 Bn Panzgom Pulwama, male (52) from 44 Bn Srinagar, Male (66) from 45 Bn Sumbal , five Males (28, 34, 37, 22, 27) from 9 RR Kulgam, two males (22, 29) from 18 Bn Kulgam and male (44) from Aamnoo Camp Kulgam.
The Kulgam cases include male (25) from Lassipora, male (32) from Sehpora, male (30) from Begum Kulgam, male (35) from Damdul, female (28) from Adigan, male (28) from Chogam, female (60) from Dassen, female (32) from Poniwa, male (35) from Zazripora, female (35) from Asnoor and male (30) from Kulgam while Pulwama ones include Male (51) from Lethpora, Male (77) from New Colony and Male (48) from Tral. The other cases include males (80, 46) from Sopore and male (60) from Sangrama from Baramulla, female (70) from Munar, male (52) from Kargil and male (32) from Zainapora Shopian.
Dr Riyaz Untoo, Principal SKIMS Bemina said that out of 385 samples processed at the hospital’s lab, 12 tested positive for COVID-19 including ten from Srinagar and two from Budgam.
The Budgam cases include M-70 Chadoora and M-36 Hissipora Chadoora while Srinagar ones are F- 38 , M- 12, M-40, F-33 , M -5 Months from Wantpora, M-32 Fateh Kadal, M.24 Karfali Mohalla, F-30 Sheikh Mohalla Sr.Gunj, M-75 Harwan and F-57 K.U.
The cases confirmed at CD include Male (22) from Reshigund, Male (42) from Darpora Lolab, male (40) from Sogam, Male (30) from PS Tangdar, Male (32) from Nachiyan Karnah, Male (27) from Dildar, Male (36) from Trehgam, males (30, 38) from P/S Kralgund, male (45) from Waiusa Villgam, male (43) from Gorakhar Wadipora, three males (28, 35, 21) from JK Bank Handwara, male (21) from JK Bank Handwara South, male (42) from Shogpora, Male (32) from Vodpora, female (36) from Delina, female (22) from Seer Jagir Sopore, female (40) from Noorbagh, female (24) from Dangiwacha, Male (20) from Chejhama Baramulla , Male (60) from Chejhama Rafiabad, Male (34) from Iqbal Colony, female (55) from Sheeri, Male (70) from Jahangir Chowk, female (18) from MaidanPora, female (35) from Halmatpora, Male (55) from Cheerikote, Male (32) and 02 female (25, 60) from Dohama, Male (45) from Katibugh, Male (21) from Hardbani, Males (38, 45, 29) and four female (34, 33, 65, 40) from Lalpora, 10 Male (49, 22, 22, 40, 21, 40, 44, 27, 45, 39) from BB CANT Srinagar, female (70) from Pulwama, female (50) from Tangdhar,
Male (45) from Habakadal, Male (70) from Batamaloo, female (24) from Nawabazar, Male (70) from Anantnag, Male (11) from Srinagar, Male (61) and 01 female (59) from Kursoo Rajbagh, females (28, 29) from Wanigam, Male (16) and 02 female (40, 27) from Pattan, two males (47, 45) from N/A, female (28) from Zainakadal , two Males (66, 50) from Srinagar, Male (30) from Anantnag, Male (58) from Qamarwari , female (60) from Hawal , Male (32) and females (05, 07, 32) from Bemina, male (21) from Lalbazar , male (36) from Dangiwacha, female (55) from Bahadurpora, Male (36) from Nagri Malpora, Male (30) from JK Bank Handwara , males (22, 28) from Handwara, males (27, 46) and females (35, 22) from Dohama Villgam, Male (17) from Rajpora Zachaldara, Male (50) from Syed Karim, Male (25) from Namblan, Males (49, 35) from Drangbal, Male (19) from Khanpora, Males (30, 21) and 03 female (23, 15, 11) from Kanlibagh, males (24, 50) and female (50) from Jalal Sahib, female (70) and male (50) from NA.
Meanwhile, 109 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals, 14 from Jammu Division and 95 from Kashmir.
