Altaf Gowhar, Vice Chairman Kashmir Private Schools Association, passed away at SKIMS Soura after brief illness on Monday evening.
Chairman M Y Manzar, Kashmir Private Schools Association expressed grief over the demise. “May Allah bless his pious soul with Jannat-ul- Firdous!” Kashmir Book Sellers & Stationers Association also expressed grief over the demise.
