Srinagar Tally Crosses 300 Mark As J&K Reports 117 Fresh Covid-19 Cases

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday reported 117 cases of covid-19, taking the total number of patients to 2718 in J&K. 15 of them are from Srinagar and it takes the capital city’s tally to 311.
Official sources said that among them 77 were reported from Kashmir and 40 from Jammu division.
Srinagar reported 15 cases, Pulwama 14, Jammu 13, Kulgam 11, Kupwara 10, Ramban and Poonch nine each, Budgam eight, Baramulla and Shopian seven each, Bandipora five, Rajouri 3, Kathua and Udhampur 2 each while one each were reported from Samba and Doda. Among the fresh cases, 36 include travelers while 81 are others. With 15 cases, Srinagar tally rose to 311 and joined two south Kashmir district in having more than 300 cases— Anantnag (349) and Kulgam (311). Among the total cases, 1732 are active positive while 953 have recovered and include seven who were discharged today.
