From First Covid-19 Case On April 14, Anantnag Now Has More Than 100 Cases

Anantnag: The Anantnag district of south Kashmir reported its first novel coronavirus case on April 14 and little over a fortnight, it has more than a hundred COVID-19 patients as on Sunday.
The district reported six new cases and include 33-year-old male from Hiller, three women—aged 26, 50, and 55 from Kharpora, and 23-year-old male, originally a resident of Rainawari Srinagar but putting up in Anantnag and a 30-year-old woman from Shangus area.
With these cases, the overall tally of COVID-19 patients in Anantnag district has gone up to 105 and 103 are ‘active positive’.
In fact, it is now only third district having crossed 100-mark tally followed by Bandipora with 128 COVID-19 cases (91 active) and Srinagar with 106 cases (35 active).
With these cases, Bandipora has 128 positive cases (91 active) followed by Srinagar with 106 cases (35 active). The other districts with cases include Baramulla 88 (59 active), Shopian 77 (58 active), Kupwara 55 (34 active), Budgam 21 (10 active), Ganderbal 14 (no active case), 11 Kulgam (8 active, Pulwama 7 (4 active ).
Similarly, Jammu has 26 positive cases and all of them have recovered followed by Udhampur 20 (2 Active, Samba 6 (2 active), Rajouri 4 (1 active), Kathua, Kishtwar, Ramban and Reasi district have none case each and all of them are ‘active positive’.
