As the Civil Secretariat and other offices open on May 4, though not formally, the administration is busy sprucing up the roads and pedestrian walkways with repair and paint works. A fresh coat of paint is put on the elevated footpath even as the formal opening of the 148-year-old traditional Darbar Move offices have been deferred at least till June 15.
