Jammu: Three persons were killed and four others received critical injuries after a van rammed into an army vehicle in Ghagwal area of Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.

A police official said the accident took place at Sandh Bari area of Ghagwal in Samba at 1:20 AM.

A van (JK21C-2944) on way from Samba to Ghagwal rammed into the back side of an army vehicle on the highway at Sandh Bari

Three  persons died on the spot.

The deceased were identified as Sunita Rani wife of Ashwani Kumar resident of Chak Dulma, Gopi Krishan son of Som Dutt resident of Badyal, and Harsh Bardan son of Bishan Dass resident of Badyal.
