Baramulla: Stray dogs went on a rampage, mauling one person badly besides biting seven people including children in Sopore town of this north Kashmir’ district on Sunday.
Locals told INS that among eight injured, one Ali Mohamed Dhobi of Hathishah Sopore was referred to SMHS Srinagar for advanced treatment.
They said that the dogs bit people at Hathishah area of the apple town and all of them were taken to Sopore hospital for treatment.
Block Medical officer Sopore Dr Sami told INS that the doctors provided necessary treatment to injured persons at the hospital. He said one among them, owing to grievous injuries, was referred Srinagar Hospital for advanced treatment.
