“A team of SOG and District Police left for the area on 30-05-2019 in the evening hours.  Today while Police team was on its job, it came under fire from unidentified militants near Faizi Bridge,” he said.

In the exchange of fire two SPO’s Mohd. Iqbal and Ashiq Hussain were hit by bullet. Both have been evacuated to medical facility.

“Army and Police are searching the area to nab the militants,” he said.
