CHC Rajpora becomes first such center in Valley to perform Hysterectomy surgery

Pulwama: In a first of it’s kind Hysterectomy Surgery Performed at Community Health Center (CHC)Rajpora Pulwama became the First CHC in the valley.

According Dr.Basharat Pandit it is first time that such surgery has been done in CHC Hospital in the Valley.

Dr Bashrat Pandit who was heading the team Along with Collegues performed the Surgery

“A female Patient of 45 years was suffering from intractable menorrhagia,had received many blood transfusions and iron infusions in last 2 years but did not get relieve from disease as Ultrasound of patient was showing adenomyosis of uterus,” Pandit said.

“Latter we performed her hysterectomy surgery here in Community Health Centre Rajpora,”

Dr Bashrat Pandit “I am thankfull to (BMO)Block Medical officer Dr Javiad , and other staff of CHC Rajpora who provided me logistic support to perform such surgery,”
