Ganderbal: Complete ahutdown is being observed in Kangan town of Ganderbal district marking first death anniversary of local boy killed in alleged Police action.
All the shops, business establishments are closed in the area while traffic is off the roads.
Gowhar Ahmad Rather son of Abdul Rehman Rather (22) of Kangan town, was killed on 03 April last year during government forces action in Kangan market.
