Jammu: India and Pakistan armies traded gunfire along line of control in Rajouri district on Tuesday.

Officials said said that Pakistan army initiated uprovoked ceasefire violation in Nowshehra sector of the district Rajouri.

“Pakistan initiated CSF at about 1130 hours, by shelling with mortars and firing of small arms,” officials said.

“Indian Army is retaliating strongly & effectively,” they added..
