Lal chowk shuts post Friday prayers against harassment of Kashmiris outside Valley

Srinagar: Business fraternity on Friday held protests at City Center Lal Chowk against the harassment of Kashmiris in mainland India.
Traders, manufacturers and other allied bussiness fraternity assembled in lal chowk and marched towards clock tower.
“The protests will escalate if the continuous hounding of Kashmiris outside valley does not stop immediately,” Yasin Khan, president Kashmir traders and manufacturers federation said while addressing the protesters.
The protest was organised by Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other bussiness fraternity to shoe the ‘resentment against systematic threat to lives of kashmiris including busines men’.
KCCI leader said that ‘venom is being spread on social media and on some TV channels.
“It seems that bullying of Kashmiris has become a national duty of some people,” they said.
The protesting business community later dispersed peacefully.
