Kupwara: Ring Payeen area of Machil in Kupwara  is suffering in absence of Pathwari in their area as no new placement has been ordered by the government after the death of Pathwari deployed in their area four month ago. 
Locals said that the Pathwari died about four months back in a road mishap, but since then Department hasn’t deputed any new official to cater the documentation of  residents. 
A group of residents while Talking to The INS News said that we are suffering for the want of Pathwari in our area over four months now.
“Despite repeated requests to concerned Tehsildar no action has been taken in this regard,” they said.
They said that since the death of Pathwari all the revenue documentation,  like State Subjects, Actual line of Control (ACL) and other official work has come to complete halt.
Tehsildar Machil, Naveed Ahmad said that since the death of concerned  Pathwari the official work of the area has come to complete halt, but DDC Kupwara has assured replacement within coming days.
Earlier three pathwaris, revenue officials,, travelling in a Maruti car, were on their way to Kupwara when they met an accident Z Gali Machil.
Two of them Aijaz Ahmad Dar and Nayeem Ahmad Indrabi died on the spot while as another Patwari, Farooq Ahmad had suffered  injuries.
