Srinagar: A class 12 student was killed in a road accident in Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district Saturday morning.

Reports said that a person identified as Raoof Ahmad Wani son of Nazir Ahmad, a resident of Ratnipora was killed after he came under tractor trolley near Irrigation Canal at Awantipora, resulting in his on spot death

The body of the deceased has been shifted to SDH Pampore for postmortem. Police have taken cognizance of the matter and started an investigation.
