Srinagar: The state government on Monday nominated Justice Rajesh Bindal, Judge High Court, as executive chairman of the State Legal Service Authority.
In this regard, the government issued an SRO-536 in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
Justice Rajesh Bindal’s nomination will be for three tears from the date of the notification (November 3, 2018), the SRO added.
