Srinagar: Government forces on Friday launched a cordon-and-search-operation at Waged village of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Official source said that Army’s 42 Rashtriya Rifles, SOG and CRPF laid the siege of the village after “credible inputs” about the presence of the militants. The searches in the area were going on when this report was filed.
