5 cops transferred

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

Srinagar: The government on Thursday ordered transfer of five police officers with immediate effect in the interest of administration.
According to the order, Bhim Sen Tuti, IPS (JK: 2004), DIG, Jamrnu-Samba-Kathua Range has been transferred and posted as DIG, Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban Range vice Rafeequl Hassan, IPS(JK: 2005) who has been posted as DIG Armed,Jammu against available vacancy.
Vivek Gupta, IPS (JK: 2007) SSP Jammu has been transferred and posted as In-charge DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range vice Bhim Sen Tuti. “Vivek Gupta shall also hold the charge of the post of SSP, Jammu till further orders.”
M. Suleman Choudhary, IPS(JK: 2007) on repatrration from Anti Corruption Bureau has been transferred and posted as In-charge DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range.
Girdhari Lal, Addl. SP, PCR, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Add1. SP, Nowshera vice Shri Master Popsy, who shall report to PHQ for further posting.
