Srinagar: Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and Natiobnal Conference working president Omar Abdullah on Monday took a dig at former Chief minister and Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti over her comment that she would not ally with BJP in future.

Abdullah said that Mehbooba allied with Bharatiya Janata Party for the Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman’s election after they sacked her.

Taking to micro-blogging site twitter former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said “This was your campaign promise in 2014 @MehboobaMufti. It took you & Mufti Sahib hours to forget it once the results came in. You even allied with the BJP for the Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman’s election after they sacked you!”
