5 dead in accident in Kishtwar, more casualties feared, rescue operation underway

Kishtwar:  Five passngers have been killed, while several casualities is being feared and twelve persons are injured after a mini bus they were travelling fell in river Chenab in Kishtwar district of Jammu division on Friday.

The incident happened at Thakrie in Kishtwar District of Jammu.

Five people are dead while six are battling for life,  an official said.

Rescue operation has been launched by Jammu and Kashmir police and district administration.
