In order to keep people informed about the status of their grievance, he said that a brief note about each complaint should be put on the Grievance Cell website so that it can be known whether it is in process or has been redressed. The Coordinator also asked that officials to update the grievance cell website regularly. He further asked them that the information they send regarding the complaints should be precise and added that he expects a time-bound reply from concerned Departments so that complaints don’t pile up.
He added that the aim of the Grievance Cell besides redressing grievances is to empower common people and assure them that they are being heard by the Government and the administration.
