Media reports say that they will be produced before the Patiala House Court later today.

The NIA filed an FIR against Andrabi on April 26 for allegedly advocating secession of Jammu and Kashmir from the Union of India and calling for Jihad and use of violence against the country.

In March, an FIR was registered against activists of Andrabi’s outfit for celebrating Pakistan Day. The video of the event had gone viral on social media. The activists also sang Pakistan’s national anthem.
