Srinagar: The Governor N N Vohra on Wednesday appointed B. B. Vyas (IAS), Chief Secretary, J&K and Vijay Kumar, a retired IPS officer presently serving as Senior Security Advisor Union Ministry of Home Affairs, as his advisories.
