Kulgam: Un identified gunmen killed a CAPD employee at Kelam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday evening.

Confirming the incident SSP Kulgam Harmeet Singh said that militants fired upon a person namely Mohammad Iqbal Kawa and has been shifted to Jaglat Mandi hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
