Baramulla : Windstorm on Saturday hit North Kashmir’s Baramulla and caused damages to properties and crops.
According to reports heavy winds wrecked havoc in parts of Baramulla uprooting trees at multiple places. The windstorm also damaged rooftops of houses and electric wires.
Meanwhile power supply in parts of Baramulla including Sopore has also been snapped due to breaking of poles and cables after windstorm hit.
incessant rainfall is lashing the north kashmir after the windstorm.
It is pertinent to mention here that MeT department on early Saturday issued a statement predicting intermittent rain and Thunderstorm for next 24_48 hours in parts of Kashmir region.
