Srinagar: Clashes erupted on Srinagar-Baramulla road near Umerabad after students of a local school blocked the road demanding justice in Kathua rape and murder case.
Traffic came to halt on the road and as soon as the police reached the spot to pacify protesting youth clashes erupted.
Police resorted to tear gas shelling to disperse protesters.
