Shopian: A complete shutdown is being observed on Thursday against the arrest of youths during night raids in this south Kashmir’s district.
SSP Shopian said that both the arrested persons are “chronic stone pelters.”
Shopian opened few days back after ten days of consecutive shutdown against the killings of five civilians.
