Srinagar: Government forces on Saturday morning launched cordon and search operation (CASO) in Awantabawan, Soura in Srinagar and Gundroshan village of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Official sources told INS the search operations were launched after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in both areas.
The search operations concluded peacefully in both the areas, an official said.
