Gandwbal: A special team of Power Development Department (PDD) Ganderbal conducted raid in Manigam area of District Ganderbal seized large number of power appliances including heaters and boilers.
A special team of PDD officials conducted raids in Manigam areas of District Ganderbal and seized a large number of illegal power appliances used by the people which were putting extra load on transformers in the area.
When contacted EXN PDD ganderbal Javeed Ahmad said the drive has been launched to seize illegal power appliances with an aim to reduce power load which is resulting into unscheduled power curtailment in the area.
