Srinagar, Aug 24: Police Station Batmaloo in Srinagar has issued an important advisory to all schools and madrasas in the area, urging administrations and parents to take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of children.
As per the advisory, the school and madrasa administrations have been instructed not to hand over children to any third person, except their parents or the authorised vehicle driver/attendant.
The institutions have also been directed not to allow small children to leave the premises alone.
Police have urged parents to avoid sending young children to schools and madrasas alone and to take necessary safety precautions.
The Station House Officer, Police Station Batmaloo, has also requested that the advisory be widely circulated in school groups and other private groups.
