Jammu, Feb 12: Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday said that fake and misleading news are being countered.

The Government informed the Legislative Assembly that DIPR is monitoring media platforms in real time, issuing swift rebuttals and fact-checks to counter fake and misleading news.

Cyber security measures across departments are being strengthened to keep citizens informed and protected, the government said.
