Speaking during his interaction with victims’ families at Government Degree College Kupwara, the LG said, “The culprits will not be spared. Delivering justice at the earliest remains our foremost priority.”

He stressed that the administration is treating the rehabilitation of terror-affected families as a matter of urgency.

Sinha added, “Families who wish to rebuild on their own land will be supported financially, and we have also coordinated with social organisations to ensure that no family remains without shelter.”

Calling their suffering “deeply painful,” he assured that action-oriented measures, not just promises, will guide the administration’s response.

He also informed that several tourist destinations in Kupwara have been reopened after security reviews, and the remaining ones will be reviewed for early opening. (KNC)
