Srinagar, May 28: A 50-year-old woman from Brain Nishat died after sustaining injuries from a fall at her residence in Srinagar on Thursday.

An offical said the woman, identified as Shahzada, a resident of Brain Nishat, was brought to SMHS Hospital with a history of fall from height, resulting in multiple serious injuries.

“She was in critical condition upon arrival, and despite efforts by the medical team, she could not be saved,” he said.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation. (JKNS)
