Srinagar, May 16: Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Friday cancelled the transfer of two IAS officers ordered in October 2024.

As per an order issued by MHA, in partial modification of MHA’s order of even number dated 17.10.2024, the transfers in respect of Shri Saugat Biswas, IAS (AGMUT: 2006) from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu & Kashmir and Ms. Yasha Mudgal, IAS (AGMUT: 2007) from Jammu & Kashmir to Puducherry are hereby cancelled.

The remaining contents of the aforesaid order shall remain unchanged, reads the order.
