Srinagar, Feb 17: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered the transfer and posting of Talat Parvez Rohella as Secretary to the Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department.

“In the interest of administration, Mr.Talat Parvez Rohella, IAS (AGMUT: 2010), Commissioner of Enquires, J&K is hereby transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department,” reads an order a copy of which lies with the INS.
