Jammu, February 9: Several landmines exploded after forest fire raged in Mankote and Balakote Sector of Poonch district on Sunday.

Officials told GNS that fire erupted in the forest area of Makote and Balakote Sector today. Due to this, several landmines exploded in both areas.

However, until this report was filed, there was no loss of life or any damage to the properties reported. More details awaited.
