Srinagar, Jan 10: A high-level delegation of the Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF), led by its President Mohammad Yaseen Khan called on Amitava Chatterjee at J&K Bank Corporate headquarters in Srinagar.

KTMF delegation comprised of Bashir Ahmad Rather, Din Mohammad Mattoo, Feroz Ahmad Baba and Qazi Tauseef.

They lauded Chatterjee’s illustrious career and expressed confidence in his vision and leadership to take J&K Bank to new heights of excellence.

In a statement issued to INS, during the meeting KTMF delegation congratulated the newly appointed Managing Director & CEO of J&K Bank and extended their heartfelt congratulations on his prestigious appointment.

KTMF highlighted the integral role J&K Bank plays in the economic ecosystem of Jammu & Kashmir.

They assured Chatterjee of KTMF’s unwavering support in improving a strong and sustainable business partnership with the bank aimed at uplifting the J&K’s trading and retail sectors.

During the meeting, KTMF delegation emphasized the deep-rooted relationship between business community and J&K Bank, which has spanned over six decades.

They acknowledged the critical role the bank has played in supporting the business community in Jammu & Kashmir and underscored the KTMF’s steadfast commitment to improving a strong and enduring partnership.

KTMF highlighted J&K Bank’s unparalleled contribution to the J&K’s economic ecosystem, empowering traders, manufacturers and small businesses.

The Federation assured the bank of the continued cooperation and trust of the business community which has relied on J&K Bank as a key pillar of financial support and growth over the years.

Chatterjee expressed his gratitude for the warm wishes and reiterated J&K Bank’s dedication to serving the business community.

He assured the KTMF delegation of the bank’s unwavering commitment to economic empowerment and sustainable development in the Jammu & Kashmir.

KTMF assured Chatterjee of full cooperation in promoting financial inclusion, empowering small and medium enterprises and driving the J&K’s overall economic development.
