“The Prime Minister and the Home Minister assured me that they would support my government in the same manner as they supported the Lieutenant Governor’s administration,” Omar Abdullah said.

He emphasized that the Centre’s backing is rooted in the substantial public mandate his government enjoys.

Addressing concerns over alleged political unrest, the Chief Minister dismissed rumors about attempts to destabilize his government. “There are baseless rumors circulating that the BJP is trying to destabilize my government. Winter is often a season of rumors, but these claims are entirely untrue,” he clarified.

He made these remarks during his interaction with media at SKICC Srinagar.
