Jammu, Sep 14: A Junior Commissioned Officer was injured as an infiltration bid was foiled by security forces in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Saturday.

Officials said that there was exhange of fire between militants and security forces after a infiltration foiled was foiled near R Dhara Gocher area.

In firefight, one JCO recieved bullet wound in Left Shoulder and was immediately evacuated to nearby hospital for treatment.

Till this report was prepared, Search Operation in the area was underway.
