ECA holds Teacher Training Program in unison with Infonet Technologies in Sgr

Srinagar, Sep 10: Infonet Technologies in collaboration with the Early Childhood Association (ECA) successfully conducted a dynamic teacher training program at physics walla campus.

The event focused on the National Curriculum Framework and its effective implementation in classrooms, attracting educators from some of the region’s leading schools.

The Early Childhood Association, a non-profit organization headquartered in Mumbai, is connected with over 25,000 schools across India.

With its mission to elevate early childhood education, ECA’s expertise was instrumental in the success of this workshop.

Reeta Sonawat, Executive Director of ECA and a prominent figure in the field of early childhood education, served as the Master Trainer for the event. Her sessions were insightful and practical, offering teachers new perspectives on engaging students through curriculum innovations.

Kaiser Bhat, Territory Head of ECA Srinagar, expressed his appreciation to the educators for their enthusiastic participation.

He also extended his gratitude to the ECA head office for facilitating such an impactful event. Bhat commended the dedication of the teachers, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development to meet the evolving needs of students.

The program aimed to empower teachers with advanced pedagogical skills that align with the National Curriculum Framework.

Through interactive discussions, case studies, and group activities, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of how to integrate the framework into their daily teaching practices. Teachers expressed deep appreciation for the relevance of the content and the actionable insights they gained.

The day culminated in a lively academic game where teachers competed and showcased their knowledge of early childhood education.

The winners were presented with books authored by some of the most celebrated ECCE authors in India, enriching their professional resources.

The overwhelming positive feedback from participants underscored the demand for more such enriching workshops. Teachers requested similar events to be organized in the future, highlighting the value of continued professional development.

Infonet Technologies and ECA reaffirm their commitment to driving educational excellence and supporting teachers in delivering the highest quality of early childhood education.
